Maribel Cortes, the founder of Corazon De Mi Tierra has been in service for over 5 years providing top tier catering and event planning services supervising all kitchen aspects ensuring only the freshest ingredients for the most memorable gourmet dishes including any custom recipes requested by clients.

In May of 2020, Maribel opened her own authentic taco catering business for events. Her love for cooking and experiencing the joy in her customers eyes when tasting their fist bite, inspired her to call her new business Corazon De Mi Tierra (Heart Of My Land). She cooks with her heart and the freshest ingredients our land has to offer. Without heart and land, there is no enjoyment for the food we eat.

That loving and organic philosophy along with the support of her family is the inspiration and driving force behind her booming family owned and operated business she is now a proud owner of.
